Amma never intended to start a business. She simply wanted to feed her family the best. Disappointed by the adulterated spices in the market, she began sourcing chilies from Guntur and turmeric from Erode herself.
Her neighbors caught the aroma of her roasting coriander seeds and asked for a share. What started as a small batch for neighbors in 1985 has now grown into a family tradition that serves thousands, yet the recipe remains exactly the same.
