Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by calling us at +91 8220488716. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns (Food Items)

Due to the perishable nature of our products (Masalas, Snacks, Dairy, Batters), we do not accept returns. Food products once sold cannot be taken back due to hygiene and health regulations.

3. Refunds (Damaged or Wrong Items)

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• The package arrived incorrectly (wrong item delivered).
• The package was damaged or tampered with during transit.
• The product has spoiled or expired upon delivery.

If you face any of these issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

4. Refund Timeline

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI) within 5-7 working days.
