Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Service Area

Currently, Amma’s Kitchen delivers exclusively within Coimbatore and surrounding areas. We do not ship internationally.

2. Delivery Timing

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM: Delivered on the same day (Subject to availability).
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM: Delivered the next business day.
• Standard Delivery Time: 1 - 2 Business Days.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and order value:

• Standard Delivery Fee: ₹30
• Free Delivery: On orders above ₹500.

4. Delays

Amma’s Kitchen is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1 working day from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
